The agreement governing your use of KWS Everywhere, our Chrome Extension, and associated keyword research tools.

The agreement

These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and Tahir Tech Labs ("KWS Everywhere", "we", "us"). By registering an account, installing the Chrome extension, or purchasing an access pass, you agree to these terms.

Business entity & office

KWS Everywhere is owned and operated by Tahir Tech Labs, a registered sole proprietorship in Pakistan with its principal place of business at:

Access passes & billing

KWS Everywhere operates on a pass model: a metered free trial followed by one-time monthly passes and one-time yearly passes. Trial accounts draw from a single credit pool and are subject to per-run keyword caps; the Keyword Generator is outside the meter, because it runs in your browser against Google Autocomplete rather than through a paid API. On a paid pass every tool is unlimited and consumes no credits, including Competitor Gap and Location Matrix. Individual runs are still subject to reasonable per-run limits so that a single submission cannot exhaust shared capacity; the limits in force are shown in the tool itself. An account may hold a limited total amount of access at once, so a pass purchase that would exceed that ceiling is declined before payment is taken.

  • Passes are one-time purchases and do not automatically rebill without your explicit consent.
  • Renewing early extends your remaining access period without resetting or forfeiting unused time.
  • Card payments (worldwide): Credit and debit card transactions are processed in USD by Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout; we never receive or store your card number.
  • Payments from Pakistan: Local payments are processed in Pakistani rupees by PayFast, on PayFast's own hosted checkout. Depending on what PayFast has enabled for your account, that checkout may offer card, direct bank account debit, mobile wallet, Raast, or Raast QR. The rupee amount charged is the rupee price shown on our pricing page, not a currency conversion applied at checkout.
  • Where a completed payment cannot be confirmed automatically, it is held and confirmed by a member of our team before access is extended — normally within one working day.

Digital delivery & fulfillment

KWS Everywhere provides instant digital delivery for all software services, browser extensions, and access passes. No physical goods or shipping are involved.

  • Payments completed through Stripe or PayFast upgrade your account immediately.
  • A payment that cannot be confirmed automatically is reviewed by a person before access is extended — normally within one working day.
  • Your private 64-character API authentication token and web dashboard tools become accessible instantly with zero delay.
  • Electronic payment receipts and invoices are generated and available in your account dashboard immediately after purchase.

Acceptable use

You agree to use KWS Everywhere for legitimate SEO research, marketing analysis, and client reporting. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or scrape the internal APIs serving the extension or web dashboard.
  • Distribute, resell, or share your private 64-character authentication token with unauthorized third parties.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or compromise server infrastructure.

Data & metric accuracy

Search volumes, CPC estimates, competition indexes, and domain ratings are retrieved from the official Google Ads API, Ahrefs, and Moz-sourced link data. These are third-party estimates: we pass them through faithfully but do not warrant their accuracy, completeness, or continuous availability, and they are provided for analytical guidance rather than as a guarantee of results. We do not offer a contractual uptime commitment.

Intellectual property

The KWS Everywhere platform, user interfaces, branding, extension codebase, and design system are the exclusive property of Tahir Tech Labs.

Third-party trademarks

Google, Google Ads, Chrome, and the Chrome Web Store are trademarks of Google LLC. Ahrefs is a trademark of Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. Moz and Domain Authority are trademarks of Moz, Inc. Semrush is a trademark of Semrush Holdings, Inc. Stripe is a trademark of Stripe, Inc. All other product and company names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

KWS Everywhere is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Ahrefs, Moz, Semrush, or Keywords Everywhere. Competitor names and pricing are used for identification and comparison only, and reflect publicly available information at the time of writing.

Account termination

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings > Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate acceptable usage policies or engage in malicious API abuse.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tahir Tech Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from search engine ranking fluctuations or third-party API outages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
